Lefroy Bay beach (WA 1539) commences on the northern side of the small point and trends to the northeast for 4 km before curving round to the northwest to terminate at the narrow tip of low sandy Winderabandi Point (Fig. 4.347). The low energy beach is backed by a narrow 50-100 wide crenulate strip of foredune, then the bedrock slopes that gently rise to the southern slopes of the Cape Range 500-1000 m to the east. The coast track parallels the rear of the beach, with several access tracks through to the shore. There is a camping reserve towards the southern end of the beach, which is usually occupied by a few campers, particularly during the winter months.
