The steep Salt Creek drains on to the northern end of a 600 m long boulder beach (192), backed by sloping grassy slopes, with prominent 100 m high headland to either end, and vehicle track to the top of the southern headland, but otherwise only foot access to the beach. A farm house is located 600 m east of the beach.
