On Commodore Point is a 50 m pocket of south east facing sand called Crockery Bay (152) largely fronted by rocks and boulders. The backing flat headland hosts a large caravan park, which extends down into adjoining Horseshoe Bay. The nearest public road and car park is 300 m west of the beach.
